Walking droplets | Olivier Leblanc

Here are some souvenirs from my old experiments with walking droplets related to my master thesis in 2020. Please read my master thesis for more information. In this video, we can see stable triangles of droplets featuring periodic oscillations.

In the figure below I finally never published, multiple individual experiments show that, at the same vertical sinusoidal acceleration of the bath, the initial position of the droplet has no influence on the attractor trajectory inside a stadium cavity.
